Education Agreement – V-Light Online Class

This Agreement is entered into by and between Christian Michael Hair Extensions, Inc., a California Corporation ("Provider"), and the undersigned individual ("Client" or "Student"). Collectively, all of the above people or businesses entering this Agreement will be referred to as the "Parties."

Purpose of the Agreement

Client/Student wishes to receive educational services related to the V-Light hair extension method. Christian Michael Hair Extensions has agreed to provide such educational services under the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Terms of the Agreement

Services Provided

Provider shall provide the following educational services and/or products:

  • Access to the self-paced V-Light Online Course

  • One (1) educational kit including:

    • V-Light tool

    • Shield

    • Glue

    • Remover

    • V-Light comb

    • Practice hair

Delivery of Services

  • Location:

  • Kit Shipping: All kits are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday and are typically delivered within 7 business days.

Course Cost

The total cost of the online course and included kit is $799.

Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

Christian Michael Hair Extensions, Inc. is not the manufacturer, owner, or creator of the V-Light tool, system, or brand. This course is an independent educational program based on the publicly available safety guidelines and training information sourced directly from the official V-Light brand's website.

By enrolling in this course, the Student fully acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Christian Michael Hair Extensions is not liable for any injury, damage, allergic reaction, loss, or harm caused by or resulting from the use of the V-Light tool, glue, remover, or any component in the kit.

  • Christian Michael Hair Extensions does not guarantee or make claims regarding the performance, safety, or durability of any V-Light products.

  • Christian Michael Hair Extensions shall not be held responsible for any outcome related to services performed by the student on clients using V-Light techniques or tools.

All responsibility for safe handling, proper application, legal licensing, and client results is solely assumed by the Student.

License Requirement

By entering into this Agreement, the Student certifies that they are either:

  • A licensed cosmetologist, or

  • Currently enrolled in a state-recognized cosmetology program within the United States.

Exclusivity and Intellectual Property

  • Students may not replicate, resell, or publicly teach the methods or materials taught in this course.

  • Use of our educational handbooks, written materials, videos, and branded content for personal education is allowed.

  • Reproduction for business use, public instruction, or digital/social media distribution is strictly prohibited.

All education content remains the intellectual property of Christian Michael Hair Extensions, Inc.

Artistic Release & Education Style

Client has reviewed Provider’s education style and agrees to accept all training materials as-is unless otherwise specified in writing prior to enrollment.

Limit of Liability

The maximum liability Christian Michael Hair Extensions may ever be responsible for under this Agreement shall not exceed the total course cost of $799.

Indemnification

Client/Student agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Christian Michael Hair Extensions, its educators, staff, affiliates, and partners from any claim, injury, loss, client dissatisfaction, lawsuit, liability, or damages arising from:

  • Use of the V-Light tool or kit

  • Client interactions or services provided by the Student

  • Misuse or misinterpretation of course materials

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, public health emergencies, or government shutdowns.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and overrides any previous communications, whether written or oral.
