Christian Michael Hair Extension Academy (CM Hair Extension Academy) Online Enrollment Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned individual ("Student") and CM Hair Extension Academy ("Academy"). By clicking the "Agree" button below, the Student acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Payment Terms:

1.1 By enrolling in the CM Hair Extension Academy program, the Student agrees to pay a subscription at $67 per month. Payments shall be automatically charged to the payment method provided by the Student. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.

2. Course Completion and Certification:

2.1 The Student acknowledges that successful completion of the CM Hair Extension Academy program, including passing quizzes and obtaining sign-offs from CM Educators, is required to obtain certification in Christian Michael Hair Extension Methods.

3. Access to Online Program and Community:

3.1 Upon enrollment, the Student will be granted access to the CM Hair Extension Academy online program and the Extension Elite Emporium community. Access is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the Academy, including but not limited to adherence to community guidelines and respect for intellectual property rights.

4. Conduct and Community Guidelines:

4.1 The Student agrees to abide by all community guidelines established by CM Hair Extension Academy. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or misconduct within the Extension Elite Emporium community will not be tolerated. Violation of community guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including termination of access to the program.

5. Ownership of Content and Repurposing:

5.1 The Student acknowledges and agrees that all content provided by CM Hair Extension Academy, including but not limited to videos, instructional materials, and community discussions, is the sole property of the Academy. The Student shall not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without prior written consent from the Academy.

6. Liability Release:

6.1 The Student hereby releases CM Hair Extension Academy, its affiliates, instructors, and representatives from any and all liability arising from participation in the program, including but not limited to any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the course of instruction or as a result of using techniques or products taught in the program.

6.2 The Student acknowledges and agrees that CM Hair Extension Academy shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse reactions resulting from the use of glues, tape tabs, or removers provided in the CM Everything Kit. These products are provided for professional use only, and the Student assumes all responsibility for their proper application and usage.

7. Discount and Termination:

7.1 While enrolled in the program, the Student will receive a extra 10% discount on all hair extensions to total a 40% discount, which shall be applied to future purchases. In the event of termination or withdrawal from the program, the Student forfeits the 10% discount, and any future purchases shall be subject to a 30% discount, if applicable.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [California/Orange County], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to mediation and shall be settled amicably between the Parties.

8.2 In the event that mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the Parties agree to settle the dispute through binding arbitration conducted by a neutral arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of [Arbitration Association/Organization], and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both Parties.

8.3 The Parties hereby waive their right to pursue any disputes arising from this Agreement in court, including but not limited to jury trials and class actions. Any arbitration proceedings shall take place in [Santa ana/Courthouse], [California/Orange County].

8.4 The prevailing Party in any dispute resolution proceedings shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with such proceedings from the non-prevailing Party.

Vlight

Christian Michael Hair Extensions is providing educational services only related to the application of Vlight, a new hair extension product. Christian Michael Hair Extensions only teaching Vlight as it understands it to be applied. Christian Michael Hair Extensions will provide the Vlight machine and Vlight product to all students in this course. Christian Michael Hair Extensions is not the manufacturer or owner of Vlight. Christian Michael Hair Extensions is solely teaching Vlight as they know it. 

Release of Liability

1. Acknowledgment of Risks: Participant acknowledges and understands that Vlight carries inherent risks, including but not limited to potential irritation to the respiratory tract.

2. Professional Use Only: Participant acknowledges that Vlight is intended for professional use only and is not suitable for application on lashes or the eye area.

3. Safety Precautions: Participant agrees to store Vlight securely to prevent access by minors and to utilize it only in outdoor environments or well-ventilated spaces. Participant further agrees to follow proper disposal procedures for Vlight in accordance with established waste disposal regulations.

4. Eye Contact Precautions: In the event of eye contact with Vlight, Participant agrees to immediately rinse the affected area with water and, if wearing contact lenses, to remove them prior to rinsing. Participant acknowledges the importance of seeking medical advice if necessary.

5. No Manufacturer Responsibility: Participant understands and agrees that CMHE is solely providing educational services and is not the manufacturer of Vlight or any related products.

6. Release of Liability: Participant hereby releases Christian Michael Hair Extensions from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or other claims arising from or related to the use or application of Vlight, including but not limited to any risks associated with its use on clients. Participant understands that Christian Michael Hair Extensions is not the manufacturer of Vlight and holds no liability. 

7. Responsibility of Vlight Manufacturer: Participant acknowledges that any liability related to Vlight products, including but not limited to risks to hairstylists or clients, shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of Vlight.

Acknowledgment

Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Release and voluntarily agree to its provisions.
